Rydym mor gyffrous ein bod yn hwyluso a datblygu'r prosiectau a'r digwyddiadau cymunedol gwych hyn.

Rydym mor ddiolchgar i gael ein cefnogi gan:

Rydym yn angerddol am gefnogi a datblygu artistiaid llawrydd a gweithwyr proffesiynol creadigol, ac rydym bellach yn gallu cyd-gynhyrchu a hwyluso rhai gweledigaethau arloesol a gwirioneddol anhygoel gan ein brodyr a chwiorydd Soul Warrior fel y gallwn gefnogi gweithwyr proffesiynol lleol ar eu liwt eu hunain wrth gefnogi ein cymunedau!

Mae'r sesiynau wythnosol hyn bellach yn fyw fel y gallwch ymuno ar unrhyw adeg. Byddwn yn eich diweddaru wrth i'r straeon gwych hyn ddatblygu, ac yn eich annog i gymryd rhan os dewch chi ar draws cymuned rydych chi'n uniaethu â hi. Byddem wrth ein bodd yn eich gweld yn un o'n grwpiau wythnosol ar-lein!

Vibe Tribe Project: Music & Movement Medicine
Youth Tribe Project

We also have our wonderful Youth Tribe, with some limited spaces currently available (age 11-15, and 16-24 for peer mentors) if you would like to join our focus group to work on issues facing young people, whilst having fun, making new friends and learning some new creative skills. (You can see the impact report from our Youth Tribe Pilot project below).

We do loads of cool things from our 'Alternative prom' (see below!), to our 'Wicked Issues' youth led resource (see below). We have activities from music/jamming, songwriting, pool & chess, footy, crafting, karaoke jams and exploring learning new skills of all kinds 😁

We have a lovely programme linking in with our nature partners throughout the year in partnership with Mind Our Future and funded by The National Lottery and BCUHB. Take a look at our programme of events and get in touch with Jessica@artandsoultribe.co.uk for more details.

Dad's & Lads: Mens Mental Health Project

Following the huge success of our World Mental Health Day 'Dad's & Lads' evening, we have been called to host regular hangouts to support mens mental health in our local community. We are busy creating a safe social place for music/jamming, pool, chess, non-competitive footy/rugby and the change to connect, chat and share.
