Vision:

A world where individuality is celebrated, diversity is encouraged, and everyone has their chance to shine.

Mission:

Art & Soul Tribe CIC is a social enterprise organisation harnessing the Heart & Soul of a tribe of freelance creative professionals, fellow Social Enterprises and volunteers.

Using a person centred, trauma informed approach, we use the Arts as a safe and engaging tool to encourage and teach people to share their stories, have their voices heard and empower others to do the same.

Through a programme of community connection, skills building, formal tuition, advocacy and peer mentoring we aim to improve Mental Health & Reduce Stigma.

The wellbeing of our communities, and in particular our future generations is at the heart of everything we do,  with our key outcomes aligning with the Five Ways to Wellbeing Framework and the Eight Dimensions of Wellness.:

* MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT & RESILIENCE

* MOBILITY, FITNESS & NUTRITION

* LIFELONG LEARNING OF NEW SKILLS

* ADVOCACY, POSITIVE PATHWAYS & PEER MENTORING

* INCLUSION & COLLABORATION

We work hard to identify, nurture and develop collaborative working relationships with other Social Enterprises and Charities, Local Businesses, and Local Authorities to support our Social, Health, Police, Education and Housing services. We have identified, and fill a gap in provision between Statutory Services and the people they aim to serve.

Through our creative engagement tools and projects, Social Enterprise partnerships, Wraparound Advocacy and Community Learning, we are able to effectively support, empower, signpost and upskill whilst avoiding duplication.

 We host an annual community consultation and a community led festival 'TribeFest' in order to connect with our communities, and allow all voices to be heard. The important conversations and outcomes are then used to connect, empower and inspire the people to work together on practical, community focussed solutions, and our projects and events are shaped collaboratively as a result. Everyone is involved. Everyone is heard. Everyone hs their chance to shine.
